Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Keep them. They’re a great way for new customers to find you. We help those customers order from you directly when they come back.
What does it cost?
Founding restaurants get a free 3-month pilot. After that, it’s a monthly fee plus a small share of each direct order, and we’ll go through the numbers with you before you decide.
Am I locked in?
No. There’s no long contract, and you can leave anytime.
How long does setup take?
About 1–2 hours of your time. You’re live in less than a week.
Do I need new equipment?
No. We provide a tablet and printer for your orders at no extra cost.
Who owns my customer information?
You do. Your customers’ details are yours, and they go with you if you ever leave.
Who delivers direct orders?
A delivery partner picks them up. Your customer pays most of the delivery fee; you pay a small share.
Will my customers see “Tandem”?
Barely. It’s your website and your ordering, under your restaurant’s name, with a small “Powered by Tandem” at the bottom.
